Terms & Conditions

When making a booking with BelbinPhoto, the following terms and conditions are applicable:

Deposit
A deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking.

Payment Balance
The balance is payable no later than two weeks prior to the wedding.

Payment for Additional Prints
Payment for additional prints and/or an album upgrade is required with the order.

Method of Payment
Please make cheques payable to “Robert Belbin”. Alternatively, credit cards are accepted via PayPal.

Cancellation
Should the wedding be cancelled, BelbinPhoto will not request the payment balance, however the deposit is non refundable.

Limit of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, liability is limited to the full amount paid to BelbinPhoto for the wedding photography. (Backup equipment is always taken to a wedding and computer backup systems are in place.)

Medical Note
Should unforeseen circumstances e.g. illness, prevent BelbinPhoto attending your wedding, a full refund, including the deposit, will be made, however, liability is limited to the full amount paid to BelbinPhoto for the wedding photography.

Copyright
BelbinPhoto retains the copyright for all images taken and these images may be used to advertise the business e.g. on the BelbinPhoto website or as part of a magazine or newspaper advertisement.
